  1. DON’T FOCUS ON DIETING, FOCUS ON EATING!

If you are hungry you are more likely to start craving sugary things. So instead of starving yourself eat regularly – every four hours or so to keep your energy levels up.   1. LOOK AT FOOD AS A SOURCE OF BEAUTY

Aim to increase your intake of antioxidants to defend against those ageing free radicals. Eat fish at least twice a week and keep sugar and caffeine to a minimum. You may not be able to fit in 30 minutes every day but make this your goal. You don’t need to join a gym! Get out walking or running if you feel up to it. Find a fitness plan that fits in with your lifestyle. This should include strength training – squats, weights, lunges and sit-ups give you a stronger core and an increased metabolism.
